Return, Refund & COD Policy

At ApnaMall.in, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent return and refund process, along with Cash on Delivery (COD) for a smooth shopping experience.


🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

  • Return Window: You can return or request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if:

    • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

    • An unboxing video is provided as proof (must be clear and uncut)

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

Note: Returns are not applicable for buyer remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind”).


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (or UPI/bank transfer for COD orders).

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after product inspection.

  • For COD orders, bank details will be required for refund processing.


📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD Available: Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most products.

  • Verification: In some cases, we may call or message you to confirm COD orders.

  • Abuse Policy: Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in blocking COD for your account.


⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Return requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • Without an unboxing video, returns will not be processed.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of use or tampering.
